Do you know wizards? I do, and pairing with them is always mind-blowing in how they use tools (I'm partial to vim wizards, because as much as I've tried, I'm still a GUI guy), their bespoke personal workflows, etc.
I'm pairing with my all-time favorite wizard this morning and they've moved from vim to cursor, and it definitely felt like a MOMENT.
So, pair with wizards! If you're a wizard, pair with normies! Hell, you might be a wizard and not even know it!
