I just realized that I have been getting my period for over twenty years. Which, yea, makes sense given my age, but when put that way makes me feel very, very old.

I’ve just begun the wonderful world of hot flashes or as I like to call them “power surges”…
I have the delight of the new phenomenon during the summer… in the desert… where it is 114 today… and the weather man claims the cool down begins this weekend because we will be at 101…
